French Carrot-Raisin Salad

  • 1 pound Carrots
  • 1 cup Seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup French Dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Food Processor Directions: Wash carrots and cut into chunks. Insert shreddingdisc in food processor. Guide carrots through feed tube to shred fine, emptying container as it becomes full. Combineraisins, French Dressing and salt with carrots in salad bowl.
