Asparagus Quiche

  • 1 cup Asparagus, cooked, chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 (3-oz) can French-fried onion rings
  • 9-inch Baked pie shell
  • Microwave Oven Directions: Beat the eggs and blend with milk, cream, cheeses, asparagus and onion. Pour into baked pie shell and top with french-fried onion rings. Cook on medium setting 17 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    Conventional Oven Directions: Mix ingredients as above and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
