Carrot and Raisin Salad

  • 1 pound Carrots
  • 1 cup Seedless raisins
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Food Processor Directions: Wash carrots and cut into chunks. Insert shreddingdisc in food processor. Guide carrots through feed tube to shred fine, emptying container as it becomes full. Combineraisins, mayonnaise and salt with carrots in salad bowl.
