Chocolate Butter Frosting

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2 1/2 cups Confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa
  • On medium mixer speed, cream butter andcocoa with half the sugar. Add the remaining sugar, salt, vanilla and liquid.Continue mixing until icing is smooth and creamy. Yields 2 cups.
