Waffles

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolk with milk and butter,add to dry ingredients; then add egg whites. Cook in waffle iron.
