Fruit Cider Mold

  • 4 packages Lemon Jello
  • 2 1/2 cups Hot water
  • 1 quart Apple cider
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 3 cups Apples, chopped
  • Microwave Oven Directions: In a large glass dish combine gel dessert and hot water and place in microwave oven. Cook on high setting, uncovered, about 5 minutes, until mixture boils. Stir to dissolve gel. Stir in cider and allow mixture to cool. Chill gel mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Add celery, raisins, nuts and apples. Pour mixture into a large greased mold and chilluntil firm. To serve, unmold onto serving platter.
