Glazed Chicken

  • 3 pound Fryer, cut up
  • 1 tablespoon Orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Dry onion soup mix
  • Microwave Oven Directions: Arrange chicken pieces in a glass baking dish skin,side down, placing the thicker portionsto the outer edge of the dish and the thinner portions, such as wings, facing towards the center. Cover dish with wax paper and cook on high setting for 10 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up. Combine marmalade, lemon juice, chili sauce,and mayonnaise in a small glass bowl. Stir until smooth. Cook mixture on highsetting for 1 minute, or until bubbly.Pour sauce mixture over chicken and sprinkle top with onion soup mix. Cover dish with wax paper and cook on high setting for 10 to 12 minutes longer, or untilchicken is tender.

    Conventional Directions: Arrange chicken in a baking dish skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is tender.
