Cheese Ball

  • 1 cup Shredded yellow cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded white cheese
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped walnuts
  • Use the shredding disc to shred 4 ounces each yellow and white cheese. Transfer to mixing bowl. Insert steel blade infood processor. Combine cream cheese, butter, worcestershire sauce, parsley and paprika in container and process untilsmooth. Add to cheeses in mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Shape cheese mixture into large ball. Roll in walnuts to give a fine even coating. Chillwell before serving.
