Apple Dessert

  • 6 large Apples
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Flour

    • Peel and slice 6 large apples. Beat 1 or 2 whole eggs with 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 or 2 Tbsp flour. Cover apple slices with egg mixture. Fry in butter, then sprinkle with sugar.
