Cheesy-Italian Dressing

  • 2 ounces Grated hard cheese
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sweet basil
  • Food Processor Directions: Insert plastic disc in food processor. Combine allingredients in container and process until well mixed.

    Blender Directions: Inblender goblet combine all ingredients. Blend on low speed until dressing is well mixed. Serve on tossed green or mixed vegetable salads.
