Ham and Eggs Puff
Combine tapioca, salt, pepper and milk in double boiler. Cook 8 to 10 minutes,stirring frequently. Add crumbs and butter. Cool slightly. Add ham. Fold inegg yolks; fold in egg whites. Turn into hot, greased, 9-inch skillet. Cook over low heat 3 minutes, then in moderateoven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
