Stuffed Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup Chopped black olives
  • 3 tablespoons Minced green onion
  • 3 tablespoons Diced pimento
  • Food processor Directions: Insert steel blade in food processor. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Place yolks in container and process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Stuff yolk mixture into egg whites.

    Blender Directions: Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in blender goblet with remaining ingredients. Blend on low speed until smooth. Stuff yolk mixture into egg whites.

    Stuffed Eggs and Olives: Add chopped black olives to mixture.Stuffed Eggs and Onions: Add minced green onion to mixture.Stuffed Eggs and Pimento: Add diced pimento to mixture.
