Rich Tasting Biscuits
Sift dry ingredients into mixer bowl. Cut margarine into small chunks and dropinto flour mixture. Mix on low speed until mixture resembles cornmeal. Add sour cream and mix on low speed until dough clings to beaters and clears sides of bowl. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly until smooth (about 30 seconds). Pat or roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into circleswith a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet and brush with melted margarine. Bake at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
