Colorful Kielbasa

  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pound Smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 package Peas, frozen
  • 1 jar (4 1/2 oz) Sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • In small saucepan, melt butter. Add dressing mix. Blend in wine with wire whisk. Stir in undiluted can of soup. Blend in cream cheese; stir until smooth, and heat through gently. Arrange chicken in 9-by-13-inch baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour. Serve over angel hair pasta.

    Serves 4 to 6
