Biscuit and Beef Cups

  • 1 pound Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium Green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion in a medium skillet; drain, Stir in barbecue sauce andbrown sugar; mix until thoroughly combined. Remove from heat. Separate refrigerated biscuits, placing one in each of 8 ungreased muffin cups, pressing the dough up the sides to the edge of the cup. Spoon beef mixture into cups and sprinklewith cheese. Bake for 12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
