Auntie Judy's Baked Ziti
Set ziti to cook on stove. While it iscooking, make sauce. To pan or large measuring cup add next 5 ingredients. If cooking on stove, cook until bubbling. If microwaving, cook on high for 7-8 minutes. Slice cheese in strips. Drain ziti when it is al dente. Into casserole spoon enough sauce to just cover bottom. Add layer of ziti. Add layer of cheese. Add layer of sauce. Continue in this manner (you should have about 4 layers). The last layer should be ziti, saucethen cheese. Add bread crumbs. If making for company, it's nice if you butterthe bread crumbs first.
