Broccoli and Penne A'olio
All amounts are estimates. Feel free to change according to taste. Cook penne until al dente. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, cut up broccoli flowerets and part of stem into bite sizepieces. Parcook broccoli. Melt butterand olive oil together. Add minced garlic and cook until golden. Add broccoliand cook until just tender. Add drained pasta and stir to cover and reheat. Add cheese and stir.
