Irish Creme (Bailey's)

  • 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 3 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
  • 2 scant teaspoons Coffee, instant crystals
  • Blend, refrigerate. Will keep up to 3-4 weeks.

    If you've bought Bailey's Irish Creme lately, you know that it ain't cheap! This is very close to it. Note the use of raw eggs, however...
