Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

  • 2 cups Buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cups shredded Cheese, Cheddar
  • 1/4 cups Margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • Preheat oven to 450°. In a large bowl,stir baking mix, milk, and cheese untila soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. On an ungreased baking sheet, drop dough by spoonfuls. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

    In a small bow, mix margarine and garlic powder; brush over biscuits before removing them from baking sheet. Serve warm.
