Angel Food Cake Topping

  • 1 #2 can Pineapple, crushed
  • 2 small packages Jello, lemon
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 tablespoons Orange rind
  • 1 pint Cream, whipped
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • Several sliced or chopped Marischino cherries
  • Drain pineapple and add water to reserved juice to make 3 cups. Add sugar and heat to boiling. Add jello - let partially set. Fold in cream juice, rind and pineapple. Stir often during day. Serve over Angel Food cake.
