Apple Cake

  • 2 1/2 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Apples
  • 2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • (optional) Raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups Nuts, chopped
  • Preheat to 325F

    Sift flour, salt, cinnamon & soda In a large bowl break eggs over apples.

    Stir lightly with fork add sugar vanilla, nuts and oil. Stir well

    Add dry ingredients to apple mixture. Gradually pour in large greased baking pan.

    Bake 1 hour or until done.
