Pork Mutton Veal, Sandwiches

Those Little Ham Sandwiches

  • 1 1/2 pounds Swiss cheese, grated
  • 3 pounds Ham, sliced thin
  • 60 small Hamburger Buns
  • Sauce: ~
  • 1 cup Margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Melt margarine, add dry mustard and worcestershire, blend well. Spread sauce onbun tops and bottoms. Add a slice of ham and some grated cheese on each sandwich.

    Seal sandwiches in foil. Heat275° for 15 minutes.
