Garlic Mayo

  • 1 Egg, room temp
  • 5 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
  • In blender, add egg and all five clovesof garlic. Beat on high speed, Add oil while blending, will thicken as oil is added
