Decadent Brownie Pie

  • 9-inch Pie shells unbaked
  • 1 cup Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
  • 1/4 cup Margarine or butter
  • 14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduceoven temperature to 325°.

    2. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and margarine. In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with sweetened condensed milk, Bisquick, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Foldin nuts.

    3. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperaturewith ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
