Nevada's Hot Cocoa Mix

  • 2 cups Non-fat dry milk powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Non dairy creamer
  • Dash Salt
  • Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Storein air tight container. Makes 3 3/4c mix.

    When serving, use 1/4c dry mix to 3/4c boiling water.

    If different flavorsof mix are desired, use flavored non-dairy creamers

    Cinnamon

    Amaretto

    Swiss Chocolate
