Caramel Corn

  • 8-9 quarts Popcorn, popped
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Margarine or butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • Boil sugar, corn syrup and margarine for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda.Pour over popped popcorn. Fold syrup over popcorn until well coated. Bake for 45 minutes at 250°. Turn every 15 minutes.
