Pork Mutton Veal, Sandwiches
Italian Sausage
Precook sausage, drain. Saute fresh veggies in margarine. Add precooked sausage and rest of ingredients into a large pan. Bake or simmer at least 1 hour.
Serve on a hard roll or pita bread.
Freezes very well.
