Wilma's Sloppy Joes

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Tomatos, diced, drained
  • 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Yellow prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Saute onions with beef, add tomatoes. Add rest of ingredients, simmer at least 1 hour before serving
