Glazed Pecans

  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 1 pound Pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup Butter or margarine, melted
  • Dash Salt
  • Preheat oven 325°

    1. Melt butter and pour onto a 13x9 pan or larger if possible.

    2. In a grease free bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and forms peaks.

    3. Fold in sugar salt and pecans.

    4. Spreadpecan mixture on melted butter pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes, folding over every 10minutes.
