Ginger Snaps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in molasses.
2. Combine dry ingredients;gradually add to creamed mixture and blend well. Shape into 3/4inch balls. rollin granulated sugar.
3. Place 2 inchesapart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until cookiesprings back when lightly touched.
