Cashew Chicken
Cut Chicken breast into cubes, mix withcooking sherry and 2 Tablespoons cornstarch.
Cook lightly in oil with onions, then add cashews.
Mix chicken broth , soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Add to chicken in pan and simmer until sauce is thick.
