Crustless Cheesecake

  • 1 pound Cream cheese
  • 1 pound Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Soft butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • Put all ingredients in bowl and beat with mixer on medium speed for 20 minutes or until light and creamy, Pour into 9 inch sping pan Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let set in oven for 2 hours.
