Macaroni and Cheese

  • 3 cups Dry spiral shaped pasta
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese,cut into small p
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground tumeric
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • In a slightly salted rapidly boiling water cook pasta per the instructions. Drain well. While pasta is cooking put remaining ingredients into top of a double boiler over gently simmering water. Stir with wire whisk till smooth. Keep cheesemixture warm till pasta is cooked and drained. Stir pasta into cheese.
