Spoon Bread

  • 2 cups Milk, scald
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 cup Corn meal, yellow
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • Put 2 cups milk margarine in double boiler, add corn meal, salt sugar and 1 cupmilk.

    Mix real good and cook 5 min. Beat in 3 eggs Bake at 425° for 50 min till brown.
