Cakes and Frostings

Apple Cake

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  • 4 cups Apples
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Soda

    • Mix ingredients and then add apples.

    Topping:

    1/2 cup Maragine

    1 cup Brown sugar

    1/3 cup milk

    Cook 15 min Take off stove add 1 cup cocnut 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sprinkle nuts on top
