Chicken and Ham Casserole

  • 4 cups Chicken, diced, cooked
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup Olives, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup Pimentos
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 1/2 cups Celery, chopped
  • 3/4 pound Noodles
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • Cook noodles in 4 cups of water and add2 cups chicken broth. Save liquid. Mix noodles with all other ingredients in baking dish and pour reserved liquid overtop. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
